Going to therapy is an act of love, courage and reconnection...

Psychotherapy is more than treating symptoms — it is a living space for listening, transformation and encountering who you really are.

Through an integrative and transpersonal approach, I offer a safe space for you to reconnect with your history, your body, your spirituality and your purpose. We work with your internal resources , emotions, bonds, traumas and blockages, respecting your rhythm and uniqueness.

Many people seek therapy when they are experiencing crisis, grief, transition, difficult relationships, or when life loses its meaning. Others simply feel a calling to something new—a desire to expand their consciousness and live more authentically .

I will accompany you with presence, technique and intuition , so that healing happens not only in the mind, but also in the body, heart and soul.

People usually come to me when they feel that:

 

  • They want to know themselves deeply and live more authentically, exploring beliefs, values and purpose — and not just surviving on autopilot.

  • They feel anxious, stressed or emotionally overwhelmed, and want to learn how to regulate their nervous system, calm their mind and reconnect with their body.

  • They are experiencing deep sadness or depression, losing the motivation to live, and seeking to restore vitality, meaning and pleasure in their daily lives.

  • They have difficulty dealing with emotions such as anger, fear, insecurity or guilt, and want to develop emotional maturity, boundaries and self-regulation.

  • They experience conflicts in their romantic, family or interpersonal relationships, and want to communicate with more clarity, awareness and presence.

  • They want to understand and live their sexuality and affection better, with more freedom, connection and emotional security.

  • They have fragile self-esteem and difficulty trusting themselves, and they want to build a more solid and compassionate relationship with themselves.

  • They feel blockages, doubts or dissatisfaction in their career or personal projects, and want to align work and purpose in a lighter and more authentic way.

  • They carry traumatic experiences , abuse, loss or difficult experiences, and want to integrate them with safety, support and care.

  • They have had profound psychedelic experiences (in therapeutic or ritual contexts) and feel the need for qualified support to understand, organize and integrate these experiences into their daily lives.
